Our friendly and dedicated team of Nurses provide a high standard of care and work closely with the GPs. Our clinics are varied; providing wound care - including post-operative care, pill checks, cervical smears, childhood immunisations and travel health promotion. Dedicated clinics provide support and advice with the management of long term health conditions such as Asthma, COPD, Diabetes and Hypertension.

Our Administration department is a dedicated, multi-tasking team who deal with all aspects of patient administration. They deal with new patient registrations, hospital documentation, online services and much more, supporting the smooth running of the Practice.

We have a dedicated team of receptionists who are here to assist you face-to-face or on the telephone. They are supported by our Reception Manager who ensures that patient needs are met. Our Reception Team are: Chris, Diane, Debby, Helen, Jane, Jill, Kate, Lyn, Michelle, Patricia, Paula, Penny, Sharon, Susie, Theresa and Madeline. If you would like to speak to someone in confidence our Reception Manager is here to help.


Our secretaries work closely with the doctors, dealing with referrals and incoming reports from hospitals. If you have a problem with any referrals please contact the surgery to leave a message.

Social Prescriber

Louise works closely with the GP's identifying and supporting our most vulnerable patients. Her role enables her to work for a wide range of people, including; patient with one or more long term conditions, patients who who need support with their mental health issues, patient who are lonely and isolated, and patients who have complex social health needs affecting their well being. If you would like to speak to Louise, please contact our reception team.

Sarah’s main role as our Pharmacist is to ensure our patients get optimum benefit from their medication. If you have any questions about your medication, or would like to review your medication with Sarah, please contact our Reception team.

Viviene Walker

Care Navigator

Viviene is our Care Navigator. She works closely with the GPs, District Nurses and Adult & Community Services. They offer non-clinical support for our most vulnerable patients and their social needs. Health Visitors

The Health Visiting Team are at the surgery on the second Tuesday of every month from 13:30 - 15:30 (subject to change) to run the Baby Clinics. These clinics are held on the ground floor of Ringwood Medical Centre. The team provides the Healthy Child Programme.
