We offer a wide range of appointment times across the entire working week, these are held every weekday morning, Monday to Friday, with afternoon clinics held on a Thursdays and Fridays.

Patients on Warfarin requiring INR tests can only be taken on weekday mornings due to the Hospital Anticoagulation Service being unavailable on weekends.

Specimens are sent to the hospital daily, Monday to Friday.

If you are asked to bring a specimen, please obtain a sterile specimen pot from the Surgery and return it to us (marked with your personal details) before 12 noon.

Place the specimen in a clear plastic bag and place it in the box located in the Reception area by the double doors.

These may be obtained through your SystmOnline access or by phoning the Surgery's main line after 11am, this is to avoid our busiest times when we receive calls. The receptionist may then inform you of the result, or they may ask you to arrange an appointment with your doctor to discuss your results.

Please keep in mind: Our receptionists cannot give any additional information about your results other that what the doctor has recorded when the result was checked.
